Trip description

Benidorm is among the best-known and most visited seaside towns on the Costa Blanca coast. The town is characterised by its unmistakable skyline of modern high-rise buildings, long sandy beaches and lively holiday atmosphere. It is an ideal destination for a day trip during which you can combine relaxing by the sea, a stroll through the town, beautiful views and a visit to theme parks.

Among the best-known beaches are Playa de Levante and Playa de Poniente. Both offer fine sand, a clean sea, well-maintained promenades, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Between them lies the smaller beach of Playa del Mal Pas, which is situated near the historic centre and the port.

When visiting Benidorm, do not miss the historic centre with its narrow streets, white houses and typical Mediterranean atmosphere. A popular spot is the Balcón del Mediterráneo, a viewpoint between the beaches of Levante and Poniente, which offers wonderful views of the sea, the coastline and Benidorm Island.

Benidorm also offers plenty of options for families with children. In its surroundings are the amusement and water parks Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar. Nature and hiking lovers can visit the Serra Gelada Natural Park with its hiking trails and beautiful views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea.

You can end your trip with a stroll along the promenade, sitting in one of the local restaurants or an evening view of the illuminated city skyline.
