Why register a property?

Portal NajŠpanielsko.eu it is intended for Slovak and Czech property owners on the Costa Blanca.

If you own a property in the area from Benidorm to Torrevieja, we would be happy to arrange complete management for you – from booking rentals, cleaning, to guest transportation and other related services.

It is up to you which form of cooperation you choose.

Portal NajŠpanielsko.eu ensures for owners who offer their properties for rent:

  • regular advertising on social media
  • regular communication on various forums and groups
  • We live directly on the Costa Blanca coast and receive accommodation requests regularly.

    Rules for you

    • The contract is concluded between the portal NajŠpanielsko.eu and the property owner
    • The contract duration is agreed individually
    • Services for your property are arranged on an individual basis
    • The contract does not oblige you to list the property exclusively on the portal NajŠpanielsko.eu
    • The owner must provide full cooperation during the registration of their property (photos, videos, texts, GPS location, agreed rental price).
    • The owner must update the availability calendar regularly
    • Booking terms, cancellation fees and payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis
    • Commission from rental via portal NajŠpanielsko.eu and it is intended for individuals
