Accommodation description<\/h2>\n

The cosy and fully equipped apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Torreblanca \u2013 Aguas Nuevas in the north of Torrevieja. It is suitable for families with children, couples and small groups of friends looking for comfortable accommodation near the sea and amenities.<\/p>\n

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms and a total capacity of 4 people. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned living room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. A dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and coffee machine are also available.<\/p>\n

A pleasant place for a morning coffee or an evening get-together is the private terrace. Guests can make use of the large shared swimming pool, which is suitable for swimming as well as relaxing with children.<\/p>\n

Parking is available free of charge directly in front of the house, and a space can be found here without any problems throughout the year.<\/p>\n

Vast sandy beach La Mata Beach<\/strong> It is approximately 1.8 to 2 kilometres away, which is about a 25-minute walk. The beach offers fine sand, a gradual entry into the sea, restaurants, beach bars and a coastal promenade suitable for walking and cycling.<\/p>\n

Famous central promenade Juan Aparicio Promenade<\/strong> It is approximately 4 kilometres away in Torrevieja \u2013 about 45 to 50 minutes on foot or roughly 10 minutes by car.<\/p>\n

In the vicinity of the apartment there are Mercadona and Aldi supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, an ATM and local bus stops.<\/p>\n
