There are two cosy bedrooms, a large, bright living room, and a modern interior in an elegant style, perfect for relaxation and longer stays.<\/p>\n<p>A great advantage is the outdoor space \u2013 a front garden, two terraces, and a roof terrace (solarium), where you can enjoy the sun, peace, and evening seating with a view.<\/p>\n<p>The residential complex includes a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days.
